MODERN METHODOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF THE RHETORICAL COMPETENCE FORMATION OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

The article analyzes the problem of rhetorical competence formation university students in process teaching Ukrainian for special purposes and proposes ways to solve it. Some aspects methodological system are proposed.
